Pour With Me: Stress Relief Through Acrylic Pour
Pour With Me is a monthly, adult-focused acrylic pour experience designed to slow the mind, engage the senses, and explore stress relief through creative flow. Each 90-minute session introduces a different acrylic pour technique and connects it to real-life stress patterns—how pressure builds, how control shifts, and how release happens.
Rooted in the Stress Relief Through Arts (SRTA) philosophy, these sessions are not about perfection or artistic skill. They are about showing up, pouring with intention, and allowing the process to guide you. Participants are encouraged to let go of control, embrace unpredictability, and reflect on how the technique mirrors stress responses and coping strategies.
No experience required. Just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to pour.

Stress Relief Through Arts -Pour With Me sessions are provided as non-clinical creative wellness experiences. Participation is voluntary and these programs do not replace or substitute for professional counseling, psychotherapy, medical, or mental health services.
Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support for mental health concerns as needed.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and mobile pay like Apple and Google Pay. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
CAN I JOIN THE CLASS WITHOUT REGISTERING FIRST?
Not at this time. In order to have the materials and supplies needed, as well as comfortable seating, we ask that you please register and pay ahead of time.
CAN I REGISTER AND THEN PAY WITH CASH WHEN I ARRIVE?
No. We do not accept cash payment.
How many people will be attending?
A maximum of 8 attendees. This will allow us to give individual attention and guidance as we work through the paint pouring session.
Can i share photos from the workshop?
Absolutely! The images you collect from our time together are all yours. You can share them on social media, feature them on your website, or message them to your friends. However, please be sure not to include other people in your posts without permission from them.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Due to the limited space for each class, we only issue partial refunds on cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to open your space to others who may want to attend. You must email us at [email protected] to cancel. We will ask for your order number and other information when responding.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT TO BRING TO MY SESSION?
Once you have successfully registered, you will receive an email with information for your session. (Be sure to check your spam box.) Save the email. It will have everything you need to know.
